This is a well organized beauty supply store!!! I can honesty say that this specific location is the best located in York PA. I would definitely recommend coming here especially for people with textured hair. 10/10 experience plus they have a really nice staff which is an additional plus!
My family and I have been supporting this business since I was a kid at the first location on George st(Golden) I’m familiar with the family and visit often spending good money, unfortunately my business has never felt appreciated. The owner and her daughter are both extremely unfriendly and not helpful as well as the store employee who is unrelated to the family. I’m often treated as a bother or a threat despite always being friendly and never once committing any crime. The selection is great here but in my opinion it is not worth supporting any business who does not value you as a customer.

Highly upset that I was given the wrong wig after showing the specific one I wanted. It was too late for me to turn around and take it back when I’m at the hair appointment and the stylist already has it unpackaged (which is when I noticed it wasn’t the right length wig which means I paid more than I wanted). I asked the store if I could get a store credit due to their mistake and extra charge and I was told “no”. Then the employee had the audacity to say I grabbed another tag; if that was the case I wouldn’t have known the price difference of the two wigs. So to be told “no” for a store mistake by an employee that was focused more on her phone, is highly upsetting. That’s not what you call customer service.
Staff was very friendly & helpful. Has a little bit of everything for any one of any age looking to enhance their beauty at an affordable price. Huge selection of extensions & wigs with everything you may need to maintain.
